Outgassing is a phenomenon in which residual moisture, carbon dioxide, or other substances remaining inside plastic panels during manufacturing continue to be released for some time after production. If a film is applied to a resin board that is outgassing, it may cause bubbles. Particular attention should be paid to the application of airtight materials such as metallic film and PET film.
