What is the hydrophilic effect?

The hydrophilic effect is the property of water spreading evenly over an object. When water adheres to a typical mirror or glass surface, surface tension causes it to form hemispherical droplets, which can obstruct visibility. Anti-Water-Droplet Film has the property of easily bonding with water, and even if water droplets adhere to it, they will spread out like a thin film and will not obstruct the view. By preventing water droplets from adhering to the surface, it is possible to maintain good visibility.
